What ingredients are in Soin Amana products?

Our ingredients are 100% natural and organic.

How long will my unique box last?

Each bottle contains 10ml of oil 30ml in total), which will last around 8-10 weeks with daily use. You only need to apply a few drops on a cleansed skin.

How should I store my Coffret Amana?

You can store your unique bottles at normal room temperature (no extreme hot or cold environments).



Are your products recyclable?

Yes, they are. This was really important to us when designing our Coffret Amana.

There is only a small amount of plastic (EVA) inside the box which protects your personalised bottles, and can be disposed of in a normal waste bin.

We work hard and do our best to make our next product 100% recyclable.



How much does UK shipping cost?

We have worked hard at Soin Amana to make your UK delivery free of charge.

If you are in Europe, the delivery is charged £7.99. We do not take in charge any taxes ask at the borders.

How long will delivery take?

At Soin Amana, we will pack your order within one working day.

Typically, UK delivery will take 3-5 working days. A Europe delivery might take between 11-15 working days. If you have not received your order within this time, please email us at contact@soinamana.com



I want to return my item, what do I do?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@soinamana.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
